Return policy

Defective items

We refund or exchange defective items when you contact Time Clock World within 7 days of the item arriving. Call 888-534-5994 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before shipping anything back, and return the item with all accessories, cables, attachments and manuals in the original packaging. Missing pieces are charged to you.

Wrong items

If we ship the wrong item, we reship your order right away at no cost to you. Call 888-534-5994 within 7 days of delivery for an RMA and return instructions. The item must come back complete and in its original packaging.

Other returns

To return anything else, call 888-534-5994 for an RMA within 30 days of purchase; requests after the 30th day are declined. We accept items that are unopened or in resalable condition.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, and the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund. For items that shipped free or at a special rate, the actual shipping cost is deducted.
• Software, or products containing software, carry the same restocking fee plus any licensing, registration or configuration costs we incur.
• Returns must include all original packing, accessories, cables, manuals and badges. Print the RMA number clearly on the box. You pay freight both ways.
• Special-order and custom items, and downloadable manuals, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
